Well done on your journey & thank you for deciding to speak out & help others.

My life changed 5 years ago first God came in to my life & I started to make changes, cut off bad influences then boom I lost my best friend to statins & was cut off from seeing my Grandson.

I was also being battered with 5G that was drastically affecting my health.

So to survive I moved to a healthy place, no 5G, farm shops that sold good food, bovear free organic milk delivered to my door, countryside.

Iโ€™m physically & mentally healthier than ever, I donโ€™t have a huge network like before but those that matter are still there.

Take ownership of your life thatโ€™s the best fight back against the dark cult running the world, free yourself mentally & with your health.

Thank you so much, and you are more than welcome. ๐Ÿ™

What a journey youโ€™ve walked - and what courage it took to make those changes. Losing your best friend to statins and being cut off from your grandson? Thatโ€™s heartbreaking on levels most people canโ€™t imagine. And dealing with 5G health effects on top of it all? You were being hit from every direction.

But look at what you DID with it.

You didnโ€™t just complain or collapse. You made the hard decision to completely uproot and move somewhere that actually supports health - real food from farm shops, clean organic milk, countryside air, no 5G bombardment. That takes serious guts. Most people TALK about changes like that but never actually do it.

And now youโ€™re physically and mentally healthier than ever. You traded a huge network for a smaller circle of people who actually matter. You took ownership of your life instead of waiting for the system to fix itself.

Thatโ€™s exactly the kind of defiance this world needs right now. ๐Ÿ’ช

Youโ€™re living proof that when you prioritize health over convenience and social pressure, transformation is absolutely possible. Youโ€™re not just surviving - youโ€™re THRIVING in a world designed to keep people sick and dependent.

โ€œTake ownership of your life - thatโ€™s the best fight back against the dark cult running the world, free yourself mentally and with your health.โ€

That right there is the whole mission in one sentence. You get it. And youโ€™re LIVING it. Thatโ€™s powerful. โค๏ธ

This is amazing and the best thing that I have read in years! I have been on a health journey for going on 4 years, a lot of set backs, cigarettes, then vaping, and alcohol. Quit smoking 7 yrs ago, then vaped for 7 yrs, quit on August 29, 2025, been on a whole foods, nothing processed for 3 years, I now run 6 nights a week, sauna 3 nights a week, and walk as much as possible with light weight training, I am consistent with over 10,000 steps a day, most days 12-to 15k. We quit drinking several times, but I pray it sticks this time, I am tired of drinking, I also still survive, but it steals our life force. I drink Moringa, Dandelion or a herbal tea every night now, and I sleep so much better. In my heart I know what is right, but bad things in life pull you down, and we need to be strong, in my opinion, I was not put here to be a burden, but someone that does what God needs, to help others by how I act and live. I am 54, will turn 55 in March, my goal is to be healthier at 60 than I was in my 30's.

What excellent advice and encouragement youโ€™ve provided to the many people struggling with so many things in their lives. Even though I believe I โ€˜do the right thingsโ€™, this made me realize how much more can be done. Shaking off the mantle of obsessing over all that is wrong right now will become my new goal. Never too old to embrace change, I say! Many thanks for this wonderful โ€˜guidebookโ€™! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿปโค๏ธ

Iโ€™m moved by the testimony, specially the refusal to numb.

The recovery arc here is powerful. Choosing sobriety and rebuilding your life is no small thing.

Iโ€™d only add: health can be an act of service without turning illness into moral failure. People deserve dignity and care at every capacity level.

Thank you for telling the truth about the night life: how functional can still be drowning.

Thank you for sharing your story. I agree with you completely. One thing I would like to add to your point about โ€œpractice gratitudeโ€ is to also practice politeness.

In this day age of faceless interactions (as we are doing now), it is so easy to forget the common courtesy that most of us were raised with. Being polite forces us to find a positive and thus to see the light in others. Which then makes our own personal darkness a little brighter.
